HOW IT WORKS:
INTRUDUCTION
Let’s start, we send you a client questionnaire to gain all necessary information about your project requirements, your design goals, budget and what you envision for your space. We will also ask for any existing photo, furniture plans, Pinterest boards etc. All these info will be very helpful to give you the best solution for a design question.
CONSULTATION
Here is what you will get during the 2-hour session (virtual or on-site): we will review your existing furniture plan, I will recommend any changes based on your requirements; discuss with you the type of furniture, paint color, finishes and materials, lighting, window covering based on your budget and needs; I will be able to answer any design questions about the work you are considering.
CONSULTATION SUMMARY SHEET
At the end of the session, you will get a consultation summary sheet with all the details that we covered. If it was a virtual consultation, we will follow up with an email with your summary sheet.
HOW IT WORKS:
CONSULTATION
We will start with on-site 2-hour session. During the session we will discuss the project requirements such as: budget, design changes, style etc. I will propose any changes and design ideas and the scope of work will be finalized. I will be able to answer any design questions about the work you are considering.
SITE VISIT
This is the day when we take the measurements and photograph the job site in detail as well as the space being evaluated with the involvement of multiple trades professionals and consultants to produce any required drawings,
CONCEPT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
This is a phase when set of presentations will be created. We will start with a concept presentation where we explore design solutions. Based on the client’s feedback to the concept presentation we will then develop more refined presentation package that will include 3D photorealistic renderings, finishes and materials samples along with the detailed specification list and construction drawings to review.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE
After design was approved, we finalize and implement any revisions that were requested by the client to the construction drawing set and specifications.
NOTE: we provide comprehensive design plans, layouts, material selections, and specifications, but
DO NOT oversee the construction phase /manage contractors or handling purchasing and installation.
